Dorset Wild Camping & Kayaking - 2 Days/1 night at £140 per person including VAT, kayak, paddle & buoyancy aid. (Ringstead Bay, the route we did together last year Donna)

A 2 day ADVENTURE to remember. Launching from Ringstead Bay (near Weymouth) paddling along the rocky coastline past 'Bat's Hole' beach on to 'Scratchy Bottom' where we land to enjoy the view of the now famous 'Durdle Door'. Historic Lulworth Cove offers a welcome rest stop with fresh hot food and a drink as well as 'Stair Hole', a beautiful cave system to explore (by kayak) just outside of the cove itself.

Man 'O War Bay & Durdle Door offer beautiful beaches for sunbathing, snorkelling & swimming. Wild camp on beaches, see quiet coves only accessible by kayak with excellent fishing (mackerel, sea bass & pollack), socialise around an open fire and enjoy the good company of the group!

The entire trip is registered with Portland Coastguard and guided by BCU qualified Guides and we complete our adventure back at Ringstead Bay around 4-5pm on the final day. Great for novice paddlers and sea kayakers alike, and only basic camping equipment needed - a healthy spirit of adventure is a prerequisite! Throw yourself in and engage with the environment in order to gain as much as possible from this experience! Youngest 18 years of age and physically capable. The departure guideline time is 11am on day 1 and all trip details will be confirmed by email prior to launch. Parking is available at the launch site as well as toilet facilities and hot food and drink.

We launch at 11am on the saturday morning so it would definitely be best if we make this a Friday departure. We will camp and sort out our kit at a wonderful camp site very close to location where Pip will be happy for us to use her shop floor for the night. It means we'll get a full breakfast the next morning and a good nights sleep before setting off for a 15 minute drive to the launch site on Saturday morning. A full kit list will be supplied well before the trip and I am more than happy to help you get things sorted. Travel expenses are not included but we will meet at Tescos car park in Nailsea and car share to cut down on the expense. I will be coming along on this trip as it's just too good to miss! :)

FINALLY and very importantly. This trip may need to be rescheduled if there are adverse weather conditions. Obviously, it would be dangerous to go out in a force 10 gale and it certainly wouldn't be very enjoyable ...please be aware of this before committing yourself - if this is the case the trip will be re-scheduled to a date suitable for everyone.

NB - Full payment must be made by the 1st of July.
